They handled a very stressful situation ( a water leak) for me and was there every step of the way 24-7 answering questions, providing updates and following up with me daily. I did want to let you know specifically how much I appreciated the professional work done your SERVPRO team.  Doug was thorough in explanations and professional in selling your services.  A particular shout-out goes to Crew chief  - Nicholas Green and Production Technician  - Victor Elias.  I observed both of them twice as they worked, and both times when I entered the room, they stopped what they were doing, looked me in the eye, and made sure that they answered my questions fully.  When my mold inspector came to check the air quality, he complemented the work that had been done by your crew.
